Terms & Conditions

1. The Software

Gantto is provided as-is. It runs entirely in your browser and stores data locally on your machine. No data is sent to our servers during normal use.

2. Licence

Purchasing Gantto Solo or Pro grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the software. Your licence key is valid for the current and all future versions of Gantto. One licence key per person.

3. Payment

Solo and Pro are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions, renewals, or hidden fees. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Refunds

Because a licence key is issued immediately on purchase, we are unable to offer refunds once a key has been delivered. If you have a problem activating your key, contact us at hello@gantto.app and we will resolve it.

5. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via hello@gantto.app. We aim to respond within 5 working days but cannot guarantee response times. Support covers licence activation and technical issues with the software. It does not cover general project management advice or feature requests.

6. Updates

We aim to maintain and improve Gantto over time. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove features. Your licence entitles you to use the software as it exists - future features may be released as part of a higher tier.

7. Liability

Gantto is provided without warranty. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the software. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your plan files.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
