Gantto is built to respect your privacy. The app runs entirely in your browser - your plans and data never leave your device unless you choose to share them.

What we collect

When you download Gantto or visit this website, we may log:

• The date and time of the download
• Your country (derived from your IP address, not stored directly)
• The referring page (if you arrived from a link)
• UTM campaign parameters (if present in the URL)
• Basic browser information (user agent string)

If you submit your email address using the "Get notified of updates" form, we store that email address to send you product update notifications.

What we don't collect

• Your plan content - Gantto stores plans locally in your browser or as files on your disk. We never see your plan data.
• Your IP address - Vercel (our host) may process it to determine country but we do not log or store raw IP addresses.
• Cookies - we do not set any tracking cookies. Google Analytics (if enabled) may set its own; you can block it with any content blocker.

How we use your email

If you provide your email address, we will use it only to notify you about significant Gantto updates (new versions, major features). We will not sell, share, or use it for any other purpose.

To stop receiving emails, just reply to any update email or contact us at hello@gantto.app and we'll remove you immediately.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site. GA4 data is anonymised and aggregated. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on or any content blocker.

Gantto checks for updates on each load. This request includes the app version and a randomly generated anonymous ID stored locally on your device. No plan data or personal information is included.

Data storage

Download events and email signups are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the Gantto team. We retain this data for up to 2 years.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@gantto.app.
